By using LumeKit ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LumeKit transforms product photographs using artificial intelligence. You upload images, select a scene, and receive AI-processed results. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Free credits: New accounts receive 5 free credits.
Purchased credits: Credit packs are available for $20 (50 credits). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Credit usage: 1 credit is deducted per successfully processed image. Failed processing does not consume credits.
No expiration: Credits do not expire.
Refunds: Purchased credits are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that consumes credits unfairly, contact us and we will review your case.
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant LumeKit a limited license to process your images as needed to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all images you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe third-party rights.
Processed images are yours to use commercially, including on e-commerce platforms. All generated images include "Generated by AI" EXIF metadata. You are responsible for complying with marketplace policies regarding AI-generated content when listing products.
You may not: upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to bypass the credit system; use automated tools to access the Service without permission; reverse-engineer the Service; or resell access to the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM AI PROCESSING. IMAGE QUALITY MAY VARY. THE SERVICE MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMEKIT'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES.
You agree to indemnify LumeKit against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
